By placing an order with Lemon & Co Catering, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payments: Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your booking. Orders are subject to availability and must be placed within the specified timeframe - Ordering is open from the 17th of March 2025 until the 14th of April.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 48hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to ingredient sourcing and preparation costs.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies: While we take great care to accommodate dietary requests, our grazing boxes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nut, gluten, dairy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Delivery - Delivery is available within designated areas for an additional fee. It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. Due to the contents of our grazing boxes, they cannot be left unattended. Lemon & Co Catering require 24 hour's notice. Same day delivery is not available. Pick up is not available.
Storage & Consumption: Grazing boxes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24hours for optimal freshness. Lemon & Co Catering is not responsible for food safety once the box has been delivered.
Presentation & Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, some items may be substituted with similar products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of the grazing box.
Liability: Lemon & Co Catering is not liable for any adverse reactions, damages, or loss once the grazing box has been delivered.
Changes & Special Requests: Any modification to orders must be requested at least 48hours in advance and are subject to approval.
